Hilario Davide III, a Cebu City Councilor has made it clear, but not official that he intends to step down in order to focus on Senator Noynoy Aquino’s campaign. Councilor Davide III was appointed as The Provincial Chairman of The Liberal Party (LP) in Cebu.
He will officially resign this month, effective October 30.
